WTS Employee Biometric Health Program — Program Terms & Conditions
Version 2.5 · 16 October 2026 · Wellness Technology Services Pty Ltd, ABN 43 682 264 606
1. About these terms
1.1 These terms apply when you buy the WTS Employee Biometric Health Program — Foundations (the Program) from Wellness Technology Services Pty Ltd, ABN 43 682 264 606, of Kensington, NSW (WTS, we, us).
1.2 You accept these terms when you tick the box at checkout and pay. The same tick also records your consent under the Program Privacy Policy (see clause 9). Please read both before you pay.
1.3 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or changed. Clause 12 explains this.
2. What you are buying
2.1 For the price shown at checkout, you receive:(a) an Oura Ring, in the model, size and colour you choose at checkout;(b) twelve months of Oura Membership. Your membership begins when you receive, register and pair your ring with the Oura App. It does not start on the date of purchase or dispatch, so it may end on a different date from your 12-month program anniversary;(c) ten online learning modules, released in three windows during your first twelve months (clause 5); and(d) the WTS Employee Biometric Health Credential (Foundation), issued on the terms in clause 7.
2.2 Price: The Program price depends on your organisation. Please refer to your organisation’s checkout link for the applicable price. Prices include GST.
2.3 Who can buy. The Program is available through the checkout link WTS provides for your organisation’s employees. You must be 18 or over and have an Australian delivery address. You also need a smartphone compatible with the Oura App — please check Oura Member Care’s current requirements before you buy. The Program is sold as a single bundle: the ring, the membership and the training cannot be bought separately.
2.4 You are buying from WTS, not from your organisation. Your organisation does not sell, pay for, discount or administer your purchase.
3. Oura’s role and who to contact about your ring
3.1 WTS supplies your ring. WTS sells you the Oura Ring and Oura Membership as part of the Program, as an authorised reseller of Oura Health Oy and its affiliates (Oura), who make them.
3.2 Oura’s own terms. To use the ring you set up your own Oura account and accept Oura’s own terms and privacy policy directly with Oura. They govern your use of the Oura App and your Oura account; WTS does not control what Oura does with the data in your Oura account.

3.3 Technical support. Oura Member Care provides software, hardware and technical support for the ring and the Oura App, including setup, syncing, charging, sizing and troubleshooting: https://support.ouraring.com. For help pairing your ring or activating your included membership, contact Oura Partner Support: partnersupport@ouraring.com.
3.4 If you think your ring is faulty. Contact WTS at support@wellnesstechnologyservices.com. You can also contact Oura directly at partnersupport@ouraring.com; if you do, please copy WTS into your email. WTS may arrange for Oura to inspect the ring and provide technical information to help assess the issue, but WTS remains responsible for dealing with your claim as the supplier. We will assess your claim within a reasonable time and keep you informed. You do not have to pursue Oura yourself. Your available remedy will depend on the nature of the issue and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Oura’s manufacturer’s warranty applies in addition to those rights.
3.5 Wear, accidental damage and loss. Normal wear and tear, such as superficial scratches arising from ordinary use, and loss or theft after delivery are not covered by the Program’s replacement or refund arrangements. Damage caused solely by an accident, improper use or failure to follow applicable care instructions is also not covered, unless the circumstances indicate that the ring did not meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact WTS if you are unsure whether the problem may be a fault. Oura’s limited warranty does not cover loss, theft or normal wear and tear. If you misplace your ring, the Oura App’s Find My Ring or Locate feature may help.
3.6 Activating your included membership. If the Oura App asks for a payment method when you set up, do not enter one. Contact WTS support (clause 10.1) and we will resolve this issue with Oura.
4. Ordering, sizing and delivery
4.1 Sizing first. Use the sizing kit held at your organisation before you buy, and confirm at checkout that your size comes from the kit.
4.2 Wrong size. If your ring doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size of the same model through Oura Member Care’s exchange process within 30 days of receiving it. You get one exchange per ring. A different model or colour is not available. After 30 days, a size exchange is no longer available through the Program; contact Oura Member Care about your options.
4.3 Order batches. We place paid orders with Oura in regular batches. Depending on when you pay in the cycle, it can take 1–14 days before you hear from us.
4.4 What happens after your order is placed. You receive two emails: the first confirms your Oura Ring delivery details; the second gives you the link to register for the online training. Oura also sends its own shipping and setup messages.
4.5 Program access. We enrol you in the learning platform and send you a confirmation email with your start date.
5. How the Program runs
5.1 The Program is not self-paced. It runs on a fixed schedule counted from your start date, which we email to you. The modules are released in three windows. Each window is open for 30 days and then closes:
Window 1: Your first 30 days. 1 Onboarding · 2 Sleep & Recovery · 3 Proactive Monitoring & Preparation · 4 Knowing When to Seek Support
Window 2: 30 days from about Month 3. 5 Stress & Regulation · 6 Movement Health · 7 Nutrition & Energy · 8 Work, Life & Recovery
Window 3: 30 days from about Month 9. 9 Building Better Habits · 10 My Personal Action Plan
Please complete each window’s modules while that window is open. If you don’t, you can catch up on them when the next window opens. If you still have modules to complete after window 3 closes, contact WTS before your 12-month program anniversary. We will let you know whether an option is available, including any fee, before anything applies.
5.2 Each module takes about ten minutes (Module 1 about fifteen). Each ends with a short knowledge check and one practical action you choose. You complete a module by answering every knowledge-check question correctly — there is no limit on attempts — and choosing your action.
5.3 What the Program is not. The Program provides you with general education to build your own self-awareness. It is not a medical service or a health assessment, it is not used to judge your conduct or performance, and it does not replace advice from a doctor or other health professional, or your organisation’s own health, safety and support arrangements.
5.4 Your start date is fixed. We don’t move it if your ring is set up, or you start the modules, later than your start date. If your ring is set up a little late, the first window allows time for your data to catch up.
5.5 Access ends at twelve months. Your access to the learning platform ends at your 12-month program anniversary. WTS program support ends then as well, except for questions about your credential or your records.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
6.1 Your consumer rights come first. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a repair, replacement, refund or cancellation where a product or service has a major failure (clause 12).
6.2 Change-of-mind cancellations. You may cancel and receive a refund if you contact us before we submit your ring order to Oura. We may deduct any payment-processing and other third-party charges that we cannot recover and that were disclosed to you before purchase. Once we have submitted your ring order to Oura, we do not provide a refund merely because you change your mind, decide not to start or complete the Program, or no longer wish to participate. This clause does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (clause 12).
6.3 Leaving the Program. You may leave the Program at any time by emailing support@wellnesstechnologyservices.com. If you leave after your ring order has been submitted to Oura, your Program access ends, your credential will not be issued, and the ring remains yours. Leaving after your ring order has been submitted to Oura but before the ring arrives does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund. This does not affect any right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6.4 Ring never delivered or lost in transit. Contact us or Oura Member Care. Oura investigates the carrier’s tracking data. Once the carrier confirms the ring was lost or not delivered, it is re-sent, or we refund you in full. Clause 6.2 does not apply to a ring that was never delivered. Loss after delivery is covered by clause 3.5, not this clause.
6.5 If something has gone wrong. If you think you are entitled to a refund, or something has gone wrong with your purchase, email support@wellnesstechnologyservices.com and tell us what happened. We will look at your circumstances and reply.
7. The credential
7.1 The WTS Employee Biometric Health Credential (Foundation) is issued automatically at your 12-month program anniversary, counted from your start date, if you have completed all ten modules (clause 5.2). It is not issued when you finish Module 10. Your Oura App Review Checklist is sent at the same time.
7.2 The credential confirms that you completed the Program. It is a WTS credential only. It is not a qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework, it is not accredited continuing professional development, and it is not a certificate pertaining to your health.
7.3 Tax information. WTS does not provide tax advice and does not represent that the Program fee will be deductible in your circumstances. If you are considering claiming the cost of the Program, obtain independent tax advice.
8. Your organisation
8.1 Your organisation does not receive any of your identifiable data.
8.2 If your organisation has bought WTS’s Employer Reporting Service, WTS provides it with de-identified, aggregate Program reports (such as Program engagement and module response trends), never about a group of fewer than 20 people, as set out in the Program Privacy Policy, section 6. If it has not, it receives no reporting from WTS.
8.3 WTS does not provide any biometric data from your Oura ring in this reporting unless you separately request or expressly consent to a clearly described disclosure, or the disclosure is required or authorised by law.
9. Privacy
9.1 How we collect, use and share your information is set out in the Program Privacy Policy: https://www.wellnesstechnologyservices.com/ebh-program-privacy. The tick at checkout records your agreement to these terms and your consent to that policy. Privacy questions, requests to see or correct your information, and privacy complaints: support@wellnesstechnologyservices.com.
10. Support
10.1 Questions about the Program, your start date and module dates, your credential, refunds or these terms should be sent to support@wellnesstechnologyservices.com. WTS support is provided by email. We aim to respond within three business days, although complex matters may take longer. WTS support is not an emergency, medical or crisis service.
10.2 Setup, syncing, charging and troubleshooting: Oura Member Care, https://support.ouraring.com. Pairing your ring or activating your included membership: Oura Partner Support, partnersupport@ouraring.com. A possible fault: WTS (clause 3.4). If the app asks you to pay for your included membership, contact WTS (clause 3.6).
11. Health and safety
11.1 If something ever feels urgent, you don’t need to wait for a pattern, a score, or a module: call 000 in an emergency (or the local emergency number if you’re overseas), or Lifeline on 13 11 14, any time. Module 4 covers this in more detail.
12. Australian Consumer Law
12.1 Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
12.2 Any warranty Oura provides is in addition to these rights; however we note that you are not entitled to double compensation.
13. Changes to the Program or these terms
13.1 Changes to the Program. We may make reasonable changes to the Program where necessary to maintain or improve the content, respond to legal, regulatory, safety or technical requirements, or replace a feature that is no longer reasonably available. We will not materially reduce the overall Program you purchased. We will tell you in advance about any material change where reasonably practicable. If a change materially disadvantages you, we will provide an appropriate remedy, having regard to the effect of the change and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. General
14.1 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
14.2 Disputes. If you have a complaint about the Program, please contact WTS at support@wellnesstechnologyservices.com. WTS will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek assistance from a regulator, consumer authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
