Workload intelligence for safer, higher-performing operations.

Is your business measuring workload — or just its consequences?

From data to signal

WISER combines the operational data you already hold — productivity outputs, staffing, hours, overtime, absence and safety events — into one workload view, read against your own usual range. It then turns that view into a plain-English finding your leaders can act on, such as "High demand, thin cover — review peak-week staffing".

WISER: Workload Intelligence for Safety and Enhanced Readiness

Measure

Turn operational data you already hold into a clear workload benchmark to support compliance and make targets visible.

Understand

Identify workload signatures associated with the safety and productivity outcomes that matter to you.

Iterative Refinement Cycle

Anticipate

Model intervention targeting, planned rosters, staffing compositions, and operational demand vs capacity to act earlier.

Act

Target changes to work design and staffing, record what was done, then track whether it helped.

Built on Established Science

WISER applies decades of research on job demands, including the Job Demands–Resources model, to your operational data. It identifies workload patterns associated with strain and injury in your operation, and helps close the gap between demand and capacity. Read more → Scientific and Regulatory Foundations

What you'll need

A good starting point is 12 months of existing operational, workforce and safety data. No personal, biometric or psychometric data required to start, just existing employer owned, de-identified data. Other data, such as surveys or wearable data, can be added later with appropriate consent, under the same privacy-first rules.

The Assessment

Workload Benchmarking

Strain Signatures and Flags

We translate your operational data into a workload profile for each site, showing where demand is building relative to its own baseline.

We identify which combinations of demand and staffing sit alongside strain, absence and lost productivity in your operation.

Anticipatory Modelling

Intervention Planning

We test whether your data can support forward modelling of planned volumes and staffing against your operational targets to see when high-strain periods may arrive, and allow for proactive work design.

A clear monitoring plan and the specific opportunities to close the gap between demand and capacity.

Scenario Modelling

Compliance Evidence

We test whether your data can support scenario modelling, providing evidence to support business KPIs, consultation and intervention planning under your WHS duties.

Evidence that supports how you identify, control and review job demands and fatigue under Australian codes of practice. It supports your WHS duties; it doesn't replace them.

WTS-hosted SaaS

Deploy WISER in our secure, cloud-hosted environment. We manage the infrastructure and data security, allowing your team to focus on operational excellence while we handle the technical complexity.

Your environment

Host WISER within your existing cloud or on-premise data center. This option provides full control over your data and IT environment, ideal for organisations with strict security or privacy requirements.

How value is measured

Every engagement starts by agreeing how value will be measured: the baseline, the comparison, how outcomes convert to dollars, and the timeframe. Then we report against it.

Illustrative Lost-time example: Lost days avoided × cost per lost day (wages, backfill, overtime cover and claims costs) = direct value, measured against your own pre-agreed baseline and comparison period.
