Prevention Focus
The status quo. Paying to manage injuries, not prevent them
Many organisations have largely reactive, siloed and subjective safety pathways that keep productivity and injury rates broadly flat but show rising costs and volatile safety KPIs putting pressure on people and performance. This means organisations are:
Always a step behind
reactive case management, not prevention
Paying to treat, not prevent
staff reach early intervention only once injured
Lacking lead indicators
no standardised data to see risk before it happens
The Scan
90-second movement health assessments built around real operational tasks to direct risk earlier and monitor program effectiveness more objectively at scale.

Balance Assessment
A standardised global stability (postural sway) assessment that can reveal indicators of fall risk and objective baseline data for triage.
Countermovement Jump
A standardised and repeatable dynamic movement (ground reaction forces) assessment that gives insight into whole body physical capacity and assymetry.
Stakeholder Benefits
For Your People
Turn reactive supports into everyday capability. Our Employee Programs build preventative action so your workforce acts earlier, before strain builds and injuries occur.
For Your Clinicians
Objective, repeatable force data to triage risk and track progress over time. We provide the clinical insight and lead indicators needed for high-impact, scalable injury prevention.
For Your Business
Close the gap between demand and capacity. Paired with WISER, Movement Health shows the capacity side of the demand–capacity gap, so you can act before strain shows up as lost output, absence or incidents.
[ WITHOUT MHP ]
Reactive Screening
Screening relies on increasing billable hours and subjective assessments. Missing lead indicators means some risk is invisible to the human eye, leading to reactive case management and higher costs.
[ WITH MHP ]
Proactive Prevention
Improved cost efficiency through self-service scanning and faster clinician screening. Full validation and auditability provide objective data to inform workplace design and higher-order controls.
Objective Data Value
requirement
human expertise ALone vs human expertise + MHP
Physical Capacity
Human expertise alone relies on clinical observation and subjective scales. MHP provides objective, repeatable force-sensor measures of capacity we can't see with our eyes.
Repeatability
Assessments can vary between practitioners and occasions. Standardised force-sensor measures enable repeatable, objective comparisons across the entire workforce.
Change Over Time
Tracking progress requires clinical reassessment and reported function. Objective baseline data allows for clear, standardised tracking of intervention effectiveness.
System Insight
Subjective themes are hard to aggregate. Objective, highly standardised data provides scalable system-wide insight with clinical insight retained.
SCIENTIFIC INTEGRATION
Embedded Expertise

Operational Scientists
Our Operational Performance scientists (OPs) work on site, translating workload and movement data into practical operational changes, and draw on decades of research to help keep work safe and sustainable.

Clinical Integration
We design programs to integrate with on-site clinical expertise. By integrating objective force-sensor data, we provide a repeatable, clinical-standard assessment that connects physical capacity to operational work design.

Data Governance
Our programs are designed for transparency and auditability. We maintain strict data governance protocols, ensuring that programs are interpretable and aligned with Australian privacy standards and WHS duties.
Privacy by Design
Individuals control their own data. Data is held in a clinician-only environment (like other health data). Clinicians use data to support you and track your progress. Managers and HR can't access identifiable results. Your organisation may receive de-identified, group-level reports only, never about fewer than 20 people.Â
Practical Results
>85% Voluntary Uptake
Movement Health screening has been part of an injury prevention program at a national logistics operator since 2023. Voluntary participation was high, and the program won staff and union support for objective safety data. Effects on lost time were positive and are being further evaluated for sustainable impact.
Grew staff and union acceptance of digital safety technology by providing workers with clear, objective insights into their own risk.
Reductions in lost-days (severity)
In a multi-site deployment, lost days fell during the period of highest program engagement. This was not a controlled study, with further integration and longitudinal validation ongoing.
Cost-Effective Screening
Mass scanning (>4 scans per worker achieved annually) and reporting at a fraction of the cost of individual clinical assessment, delivering scalable, repeatable data.
Other Movement Health Options
Further force-sensor protocols in the same kiosk visit — grip strength, lifting strength, overhead strength and core strength — to improve job task analysis and manual handling. An opportunity, not a commitment.
