WTS designs every program around the Australian Privacy Principles, and our approach is documented so your privacy, security and procurement teams can test it.
Your data, privacy-first reporting. Where individuals own their data, as in our Employee Programs, they control it. Where your organisation owns the data, as with the operational data WISER uses, WTS applies the same privacy-first reporting rules.

Minimum group size of 20
WISER starts at site level. Smaller cohorts can be modelled where data supports it. No report describes fewer than 20 people, and filters can't be combined to get below that number.
Your Environment
WISER can run inside your own cloud account, with your organisation owning the account and the data.
Transparency
Every model and program can be explained, audited and challenged by your team, ensuring transparency and trust in institutional intelligence. Where a less interpretable method would add value, we explain the trade-off and the choice is yours.
Employee Programs
Delivered on WTS's learning platform. Delivery on your own systems can be scoped, but requires updated consent and access controls.
